What can UNAC do for me?

At UNAC we only have one mission - to fulfill the accommodation needs of students at Coventry and Warwick University by introducing to them great student properties in the best student areas in Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington.

Do you only deal with groups of students?

We will find student accommodation for groups of friends e.g. 3 - 9 (or more!) or we will find a single room, En-suite rooms, student bedsits or student flat accommodation for individuals or couples.

What sort of properties do you have?

Private student accommodation; 1 & 2 Bedroom Flats, comfortable Student bedsits, Student Houses for 3 - 9 people sharing as a group, En-suite rooms. Get in touch early though.

Do you have a minimum standard for your houses?

Rest assured we won't waste your time or ours (what's the point!) - We have a wide range of student accommodation and we hope to show you something you will like. And in the unlikely event we don't have accommodation to meet your requirements we will let you know quickly.

Are your properties expensive?

Our student accommodation is offered at a wide range of prices from thrifty up to luxurious. They are all privately owned and managed and for that reason we believe offer great value when compared to some of the 'big business' student blocks you may have already looked at. Choose a property to suit your needs and your overall accommodation costs could be considerably less, you will be more in control and if you're part of a group you know who you will be living with!

So how does it work?

You contact us and let us know your requirements: where you would like to live, what your budget expectations are, when you would like to move in and how many in your group - (only 1 is fine). We will tell you what we have and if you are interested we'll take you on a viewing. If you like what you see and decide to go ahead we have an online sign up process to reduce the paperwork and make everything as easy and simple as possible.
